Greeting & Welcome team. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel welcome. So we are very intentional about greeting everyone with a smile and a friendly hand shake... or elbow bump (Covid-19). If you are looking to join this team all you need is to show up and smile, start a conversation with someone, learn their name, and be a real person. Anyone can serve on this team. Serve by yourself or with your whole family.

We try to make our worship time meaningful, expressive and impactful. We stay current with music trends playing songs from Crowder, Phil Wickham, Chris Tomlin, Passion, Shane & Shane, and more. We also hold on to hymns and classics. If you have vocal and/or musical ability, then consider joining the team. We are in need of:
  • Vocals (Lead & background, no choir)
  • Guitar (Electric & acoustic)
  • Drums
  • Keyboard
  • Bass guitar
  • Other instruments will be considered
Wednesday night and Sunday morning rehearsals are required.  An audition will be required for vocals or instruments. Instrumentalist's must be able to read music.

We use live sound and visual media in our Sunday morning experiences. While having a fun atmosphere on a Sunday is important to us is not our ultimate goal. Sound, lights, and other media are simply a tool we use to show Jesus to those who come though our doors.
If you are a techy person or just have an ear for music please consider serving on this team.
  • Sound engineer (Digital sound board experience preferred)
  • Lighting
  • Computer presentation (ProPresenter 7 software)

Preparing communion is an easy way to jump in and serve. Before each service you simply have to fill the communion cups with juice and make sure there is enough bread to go around. We have communion every Sunday.

The prayer team is a vital ministry at Oasis Church. Our prayer team is there after each service for anyone needing prayer. Even if you are intimidated by praying out loud or with someone you don't know, we encourage you to consider joining this team. Jesus said, "My house shall be a house a prayer."
  • Pray aloud for/with others
  • Be available after each service

One of the best ways to serve behind the scenes. Our building was a gym before we renovated it in 2013. With having a retrofitted building issues arise occasionally as well as we have weekly cleaning needs. You can do one or the other or both. Below is a list of current needs.
  • Weekly cleaning
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Painting
  • Landscaping
  • General upkeep

Our Meals Team provides home cooked meals to those who have been in the hospital or gone through hard situations. Each circumstance if different but we want to provide top quality hospitality to our members who are in need. If you love to cook and want to serve the body of Christ, then this is the team for you.

Our coffee team is responsible for making and refilling our free coffee stations in the lobby on Sunday mornings. This is an easy and fun way to jump in and serve.

Volunteer FAQ

How do I volunteer?

Its easy. Just fill out the form above. You will then be contacted by the leader in the area in which you are interested to give you more details and get you serving.

What is the background check for in the kids area?

In order to work with our children or youth we are required by Colorado to provide an official police background check. We will provide all the necessary the paperwork for you.

What if I don't have any experience?

No problem. We will train you on how to serve in any area. The only area in which we ask for previous experience is in the worship and A/V areas.

Don't you have enough help? Do I really need to volunteer?

We are always short on volunteers. Even when we have enough its always good to have more. Plus in order to run the church smoothly we all need to play our part. Your role in the church is just as important as the pastors or other leaders. Don't hesitate and sign up today!
